GOING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS | BLOGMAS DAY 24

Happy merry Christmas Eve everyone!! I hope you are having a wonderful time with family and friends if you get together on the 24th! 

Today I just want to share how grateful I am with everything, school, my job, my family and of course my dog! I just miss my family and I am in the train right now typing this up waiting to get home. Currently I am in Bakersfield waiting to leave. It has been a looong day for me.

Today I woke up at 5 AM to get to work at 7 AM and got off at 10 AM technically I was supposed to get off at 11:30, but my manager let me clock out  early since she knew that my train left at 12 noon. After work I got to the dorms and then got a Lyft to go to the train station. 

Here is a picture of me and Santa, Rudolph, elf, and snowman. Lol my manager made me get a picture with them! 

And she kindly got me a treat for my train ride, she is so nice. 

This train ride is 10 hours and I need some fuel, so right now I’m going to go to the cafe bar and grab me some foodies.

 I will see you guys tomorrow! Christmas Day has finally came!! Yaayyy!! When I get home I’m going to have to wrap the presents. Omg I am so excited!!!

4 MORE DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS & CURRENT FAVORITE MUSIC | Blogmas Day 21

I can't believe there is only 4 more days until Christmas!! Ahh I am so excited to celebrate with family. I think December went by super fast. Its already going to be 2015! woaahhh!

What will you be doing for Christmas? Do you celebrate on Christmas Eve or Christmas day? 

Anyways, don't you love music and listen to it so many times on repeat? I have been doing that with some of my favorite music right now! My current favorite music is Taylor Swift 1989 album! ugh I can listen to her album on repeat. It is so addicting! One direction FOUR album, I am not that into it as Taylors, but man I love listening to it as well! 

Another catchy song that I have been obsessed with is Stay high by Tove lo, which I have heard in one of Joe Suggs video a year ago, when he went to Dubai and I became obsessed. So, recently it has been playing on the radio and it always reminds me of that video! Also, Centuries by Fall out boy...OMG this song I heard it a few days ago and I kept telling my sister who sang that song. I knew the voices sounded familiar, but I just couldn't figure out what group was singing it. So, I found out today! haha. 

So, sorry for the short post today! I will see you tomorrow!

OREO CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES RECIPE | BLOGMAS DAY 14 ♡

Happy blogmas day 14! 

Today, I have a recipe, which is very delicious! yum yum! As you can already read the title! ya got it right! ding ding ding...Oreo Cheesecake cupcakes! So, I found these on Pinterest..(of course) I love Pinterest it is very addicting. I made these for a Halloween party and I totally forgot to post it on here as I wanted to show you guys, so here I am posting during Christmas time. ha ha. This recipe is perfect for any time of the year right? 

I got this recipe from getoffyourbuttandbake 

and let me tell you everyone fell in love with the cheesecake cupcakes! They were so delicious! I hope you enjoy them as well! 

All I did was I changed the recipe a bit instead I used a cheesecake recipe instead of using Ice cream! (Let me tell you, ice cream ones also taste delicious!).

So, with the oreos I just crushed them and added 1/4 cup butter (melted) and made the crust. I added them to the cupcake holders.

Then, I did the cheesecake (which you can find a recipe online)! Baked them for about 22 minutes or just check up on them until the cheesecake is ready. Tip: you can pick it with a toothpick. Bake at 275  degrees F!

Lastly, I topped it with some whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate! 

 Yumm yummy! I hope you enjoyed this recipe! If you would like for me to talk to you about any other delicious baking recipe I will totally do it and write about it!

Sunny Saturday BBQ with Friends!

Hello! 

Saturday, was the perfect day for a BBQ! My sister and I invited friends over our has to have a nice barbecue! I can tell you that the food was just so delicious! 

First of all, my sister and I went to the meat shop to buy some meat and chicken. Then, when we got home I made some jalapeño poppers. mmmm they taste delissshh! 

Recipe:

Cut Jalapeño poppers in half and for the mix in the pepper you need

cream cheese, green onions, and cheese. mix mix mix it all together and add it to the pepper!

I think its funny that I took this when there wasn't really anything on the grill! haha

Hiking at San Rafael, CA!

Well hello there everyone!

 I know I have not written in a loooong time because I have been busy with school.

I am going to try to do a post once a week (I hope). 

Anyways, I went hiking a few weeks ago to San Rafael, CA, at Mt Tamalpais State Park with my sisters and a friend. It is very beautiful out there! I loved it. Except so tiring when we had to hike back up to the top of the mountains/forest. After we ended the hike down to Stinson beach we ate at a little snack bar they had there. The town was so cute with all the small houses, cafes, parks, and the beach. I will show you some pictures!

Summer 2013: Vacation in Mexico

Hello there!

"Let's go to the beach, each Let's go get away They say, what they gonna say?"

In summer 2013 I went to Mexico with my family! That month we went was super duper FUN! I enjoyed it so so much! I love going to Mexico every year to see my Grandma, aunts, and uncles! So, we traveled down to Puerto Vallarta driving so many hours to get there. I really enjoy traveling on the road. So, anyways we got to the hotel RIU in Nuevo Vallarta and I did not expect it to be so beautiful!(theres Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta)But OMG like I felt out of place i don't now, but yeah it is so beautiful! There are so many hotels you can stay in and they are ALL beautiful and amazing! We got our bracelets and our hotels right away once we got there, the hotel room was a great room for the family! They had a little refrigerator which I thought was super cute! Moving on, where the reception is at they have a game room where it is open for 24 hours which my sisters and I did not know until like the last day we were there which was a bummer. There was computers where you would pay a dollar for like and hour when I was suffering with bad wifi. haha! Another thing is the food, pools and the ocean are right there near the hotel which is a big plus! So let me stop rambling and just show you the amazing HUGE hotel resort RIU. I really recommend this place because it is just AWESOME!
