Good morning everyone! How is everyone today?
Since, I am on summer vacation I have been wanting to get back to the blogging world! I am excited about this post because I love cookies and why not try it out because Tanya? I love her videos and her baking! Yummy!
Here is the recipe:
200g butter (1 stick and 2.16 tablespoons )
1 large egg
300g caster sugar (about 1 and 1/2 cup)
75g cocoa powder (1/3 cup)
275g self-raising flour (2 and 1/5 cups)
Chocolate chips or blocks of chocolate (i.e. hershey)
Mix in the sugar and butter. Then add the egg
Now, add in all the dry ingredients.
YUMMY
MMMM.
Recipe:
Put in your cookies for 200 degrees celsius
Mix together your butter and sugar
Then, crack in your egg
Stir in all the dry ingredients
Add a dash of milk if your mixture
Break up all of your chocolate or add in chocolate chips and put it in your mixture, you can use your hands if you'd like.
Line your tray with baking paper or grease it
Pick up small handfuls of cookie dough and place them onto your trays ( I put 6 in each tray)
Pop them into the oven for 11 minutes. As Tanya said, "When you get them out they will not look cooked, it is vital you know this, as it will be very tempting to leave them in for longer and then they'll be hard and overcooked once they are cool. Just take your cookies out after 11 minutes and leave them to cool for about 30 minutes" -Tanya Burr
